Adding ID Documents to a Pending Profile

When a participant registers into MySideline for the first time, their profile will be in a pending status until they are approved by an Administrator. During this process the new participant has the opportunity to enter an ID document which can be Birth Certificate, Drivers Licence or Passport and an identifying photo (head shot).  The uploaded document must match the Member being registered.

Step 1 - Select the Pending Profile of your MySideline member and Click "Edit Profile"

Step 2 - Scroll down to the "Supporting Documents" heading and click "Upload Documents".

Step 3 - From the Drop-Down Menu, select the type of ID document you wish to upload.

Step 4 - Click on the "Upload a Document" inside the green square and upload the appropriate ID Document.

Step 5 - Once uploaded, scroll down and select the green "Upload" button.

If uploaded successfully, a "Document uploaded successfully" message will appear at the top of your screen to alert you.
